I was happy with my order from Fine & Raw. the chocolate tasted fresh, not overly sweet which I really like. it’s definitely more expensive than what I’d grab at a regular store, but it does feel better quality so I’m ok paying a little extra now and then. shipping was fine too, no issues. not something I’d buy every day, but as a nicer treat it’s worth it

Overall, I really liked this chocolate. It has a nice rich taste without being overly sweet, and the texture was really pleasant too. The only downside was that one of the flavors came across a little too strong for me. I’d still buy it again, but if that flavor ended up being the main option, I’d probably look for something else

I usually like this nut butter, but lately it’s been soooo oily. I had to stir it a ton and it still felt kind of off, so yeah, a bit disappointing.

But i was kind of annoyed by the limited payment options. Like, why make the whole process smooth and then not give people more ways to pay?

I’m giving it 4 stars because I still think companies should be more upfront about things like shipping impact and exactly where their ingredients come from. If you’re going to talk about sustainability, I think you owe customers the full picture. That said, I had a good experience overall and would probably order again

I was browsing this site the other night while half-watching TV, it does look clean and nice. But when I got to the point of actually thinking about placing an order, I just didn’t feel fully confident. I wish there was more clear information about the products, shipping, and maybe some more detailed customer reviews. It might be totally fine, but I ended up hesitating because I didn’t have enough to go on.

Ordered from fineandraw.com and the shipping was faster than I expected. Got my stuff within a few days and everything was packed up fine. The only tiny thing was the tracking updates were kinda slow, but nbd overall.

The box showed up looking a little rough, with dents and crumpled edges. The packaging inside was kind of messy too, and a few of the chocolate corners were crushed, which was disappointing because the pieces themselves looked really nice otherwise

I ordered from fineandraw.com and one of the items showed up with a bit of damage in the box. I sent them an email with a photo, and they got back to me about a day later. It wasn’t instant, but it was still reasonable.

They offered a refund for the damaged item, and the money was back on my card a few days after that. Overall, it was a easy process and I’d still say it was a good experience. I just would’ve liked the first response to come a little sooner.

It tasted fresh and the quality wasn't bad at all. I wouldn't say it's nothing fancy for the price, though, it is a bit pricey, but I still enjoyed it.
